La Crosse County Housing Authority Application

Dear Lawn Maintenance Contractor:

We are accepting proposals for our weekly (unless drought) lawn mowing needs for 2012 (including trimming weekly), blowing off sidewalks, patios and drives after mowing).  Bid your price per week (mowing).

We are also accepting proposals for our fertilization/weed and lawn pest control needs for our 2012 season; (1) aeration, (1) crab grass preventer/fertilizer & (2) broadleaf weed control/fertilizer.  Our 3 West Salem Senior Housing sites require millipede control treatment of the lawn & landscaped areas to the building foundation (1 to 4 times per year, depending on location).  Price this per application.

You may submit a proposal for ONE or BOTH services, with services to be rendered according to industry / product standards.  Mowing and weed/feed proposals should be PRICED SEPARATE.

See the attached PDF file for the list of locations for the service to be listed in your own proposal.  To the right of each location is an approximation of the lawn size.  Please rely on your own measurements for bidding purposes.  Each location will need to be priced individually for our accounting purposes.

If you offer additional services such as trimming of trees, bushes, sidewalk edging, etc., please include a price listing for those services.
