Application and Information

Important Information:

• Beginning January 1st 2020, the La Crosse County Housing Authority (LCHA) is opening our waiting list and accepting housing applications every day of each month. Applications are available here on our web site or at our office at 615 Plainview Rd, La Crosse, WI. Applications may be e-mailed to contact@lcha.net or submitted in person or mailed to our office at at 615 Plainview Rd, La Crosse WI 54603.
• A fully completed application for rental must be made with management. This can be filled out in person or be mailed in. Upon request a blank rental application will be mailed to potential applicants, or can be printed from this website.
• All LCHA Public Housing is Smoke Free, including within 25 feet of all buildings.

• A Security deposit is required at the time of move in equal to one month’s rent. There is a $10 key deposit per apartment key.
